We organize competitions for finding designers (finding the lead designer and also assembling teams consisting of designers of different parts) and builders.
We discuss the Customer’s expectations, requirements and needs regarding the result of the procurements and, based on that, we develop the procurement documents (tender documents or TD), which include the work description, the requirements for tenderers and tenders, the contractor’s main rights and obligations during the course of work, price offer forms, also the contract for services project.
In case of private procurements we find and invite to tender those contractors that have knowledge and experience to realize the Customer’s ideas and wishes; in case of public procurements we publicize the TD using an internet procurement environment or by publishing a notice in a national daily newspaper.
After the tenders have been submitted, we perform detailed analysis on the submitted tenders where we compare different parameters, and present to the Customer our own motivated recommendation for choosing a contractor
After the Customer has chosen the contractor, we participate with the Customer in contract negotiations and, if necessary, we consult the Customer. We also arrange the signing of contract(s), if necessary.
