Evaluation of a construction works is the assessment of the compliance of the construction works with the requirements prescribed therefor.
We perform:
- inspection of building design documentation and give an assessment;
- assess construction volume;
- inspect construction quality;
- building inspection at the end of the warranty period and fixate the discovered deficiencies; if necessary, we organize the presentation of deficiencies to the construction company and inspect the remedy of those deficiencies by the construction company;
- technical building inspection, during which we assess the condition of structures, in case of faults, we determine the causes and present recommendations to remedy the faults.
